Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (Amendment of Section 23) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 1st April 2011.

Section 2Amendment of section 23(1)(e) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993
Section 23(1)(e) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (distributing bodies for sums allocated for expenditure on or connected with the arts) is amended by substituting “The British Film Institute” for “the UK Film Council”.
Section 3Transfer of sums held in the National Lottery Distribution Fund
Sums that apart from this Order would be held in the Distribution Fund for distribution by the UK Film Council shall be held in the Distribution Fund for distribution by The British Film Institute.
