Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 6th April 2011.

Section 2 Amendment of the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1998

Schedule 2 to the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1998 (employers exempted from insurance), is amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph 1, for “National Assembly for Wales” in both places substitute “the Welsh Ministers” and for “monies provided by that Assembly” substitute “out of the Welsh Consolidated Fund”.

(b) after paragraph (15), add—

(16) The Auditor General for Wales.

(17) The Electoral Commission.

(18) The Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration.

(19) The Health Service Commissioner for England.

(20) The National Assembly for Wales Commissioner for Standards.

(21) The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.

(22) The Comptroller and Auditor General.

(23) The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority
