Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 (Continuance in Force of Sections 1 to 9) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 11th March 2011.

Section 2Continuance in force of sections 1 to 9 of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005
Sections 1 to 9 of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 shall not expire in accordance with article 2 of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 (Continuance in Force of Sections 1 to 9) Order 2010 but shall continue in force for a period ending on 31st December 2011.
