Section 1Title and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as The Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (Estimates and Accounts) Order 2011.

(2) It comes into force on 1st April 2011.

Section 2Designations

A body listed in column 2 of a table in the Schedule is a designated body in relation to the department named in column 1 of that table for the financial year that ends on 31st March 2012.
