Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the Transfer of Functions (Report on the Civil Estate) Order 2011.
(2) This Order comes into force on 13th April 2011.

Section 2Transfer of functions
The functions of the Treasury under section 86 of the Climate Change Act 2008 (report on the civil estate) are transferred to the Minister for the Cabinet Office.
Section 3Consequential amendments
In section 86(1) and (7) of the Climate Change Act 2008, for “Treasury” substitute “Minister for the Cabinet Office”.
