Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 11th April 2011.

(2) In this Order “the principal Scheme” means the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983 .

Section 2Amendments to the principal Scheme

(1) For Schedule 3 to the principal Scheme substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 1 to this Order.

(2) For Schedule 4 to the principal Scheme substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 2 to this Order.
