Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Aerodromes (Designation) (Detention and Sale of Aircraft) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 2011 and comes into force on 13th April 2011.

Section 2Extent

This Order extends to England and Wales.

Section 3Amendment of Order

(1) The Aerodromes (Designation) (Detention and Sale of Aircraft) (England and Wales) Order 2009 is amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1, after the entry for Carlisle, insert “Cotswold”.
