Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Medicinal Products (Herbal Remedies) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 30th April 2011.

Section 2Repeal

Section 12(2) of the Medicines Act 1968 is hereby repealed.
