Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment No.3) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 26th March 2011.

The Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment No.3) Order 2011
Section 2
In Part 1 of the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000 , insert “Resolution 1973 (2011) of 17 March 2011 (Libya).” at the appropriate place.
Section 3
In Part 2 of the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000 insert after “Council Decision 2011/137/ CFSP of 28th February 2011 (Libya)”, “as implemented by Council Implementing Decision 2011/175/CFSP of 21 March 2011 (Libya)” .
