Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Flexible Working (Eligibility, Complaints and Remedies) (Amendment) (Revocation) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 1st April 2011.

Section 2Revocation

The Flexible Working (Eligibility, Complaints and Remedies) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 are revoked.
