Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Offender Management Act 2007 (Establishment of Probation Trusts) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into force on 30th May 2012.

Section 2Amendment to the Offender Management Act 2007 (Establishment of Probation Trusts) Order 2010

(1) The Offender Management Act 2007 (Establishment of Probation Trusts) Order 2010 is amended as follows.
(2) After article 3 insert—
Designation of Wales Probation Trust
(3A) Wales Probation Trust is designated as a Welsh probation trust.
