Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Children Act 2004 Information Database (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2012 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Section 2 Revocations

The following Regulations are revoked—

(a) the Children Act 2004 Information Database (England) Regulations 2007 ;

(b) the Children Act 2004 Information Database (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 .

Section 3 Consequential Amendments

In Schedule 2 to the Offender Management Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008 omit paragraph 15.

Section 4 Consequential Amendments

In Schedule 3 to the Local Education Authorities and Children’s Services Authorities (Integration of Functions) (Local and Subordinate Legislation) Order 2010 omit paragraph 76.

Section 5 Consequential Amendments

In the Schedule to the Secretary of State for Education Order 2010 omit paragraph 8.
