Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Public Bodies Act 2011 (Transitional Provision) Order 2012 and comes into force on 1st July 2012.

Section 2Annual reports and accounts of the regional development agencies

The functions of a regional development agency (other than the London Development Agency) under sections 14 (accounts and records), 15 (audit) and 17 (annual report) of the Regional Development Agencies Act 1998 shall be discharged by the Secretary of State in respect of any accounting period commencing after 31st March 2012.
