Section 1Citation, commencement and revocation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Employment Tribunals (Increase of Maximum Deposit) Order 2012 and comes into force on 15th February 2012.

(2) The Employment Tribunals (Increase of Maximum Deposit) Order 2001 is revoked.

Section 2Increase of Maximum Deposit

In section 9(2)(a) of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 for “£500” substitute “£1,000”.
