Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Scarborough and North East Yorkshire Health Care National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2012 and comes into force on 1st July 2012.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

(1) The Scarborough and North East Yorkshire Health Care National Health Service Trust is dissolved.

(2) The Scarborough and North East Yorkshire Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is revoked.
