Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) (Amendment) Order 2012 and comes into force on 20th July 2012.

Section 2 Amendment to the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010

The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010 is amended as follows.

Section 3 Amendment to the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) Order 2010

In article 10(a) (appellate functions of the Administrative Appeals Chamber of the Upper Tribunal), for sub-paragraph (viii) substitute—

(viii) against a decision in a road transport case;
