Section 1Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No. 15) Order 2012.

Section 2Commencement

Section 15 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (increase in maximum on-the-spot penalty for disorderly behaviour) comes into force on 1st October 2012.
