Section 1Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Repeal of the Copyright Act 1911) (Jersey) Order 2012 and comes into force on the day on which Part 1 of the Intellectual Property (Unregistered Rights) (Jersey) Law 2011 comes into force in its entirety.

Section 2Repeal of the Copyright Act 1911 as it extends to Jersey

To the extent that it has effect in the Bailiwick of Jersey, the Copyright Act 1911 is repealed.
