Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Armorial Bearings) Order 2012 and shall come into force on 11th July 2012.

The Local Authorities (Armorial Bearings) Order 2012
Section 2
The armorial bearings which, immediately before 1st April 1974, were lawfully borne and used by the corporation of the Borough of Ludlow may be borne and used by Ludlow Town Council, provided they have first been exemplified according to the laws of arms and recorded in the College of Arms.
