Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the South London Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Appointment of Trust Special Administrator) Order 2012 and comes into force on 16th July 2012.

(2) In this Order, “the trust” means the South London Healthcare National Health Service Trust .

Section 2Appointment of a trust special administrator

(1) A trust special administrator is authorised to be appointed to exercise the functions of the chairman and directors of the trust.

(2) The appointment of the trust special administrator appointed to the trust pursuant to paragraph (1) takes effect on 16th July 2012.
