Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Guernsey) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 10th September 2012.

(2) These Regulations extend to Guernsey.

Section 2Amendment of the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Guernsey) Regulations 2009

Regulation 10 of the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Guernsey) Regulations 2009 (enhanced criminal records certificates: relevant police forces) is omitted.
