Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 10th September 2012.

(2) These Regulations extend to the Isle of Man.

Section 2Amendment of the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Isle of Man) Regulations 2011

Regulation 9 of the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Isle of Man) Regulations 2011 (enhanced criminal records certificates: relevant police forces) is omitted.
