Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Further Education Teachers’ Continuing Professional Development and Registration (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 30th September 2012.

Section 2Revocation

The following Regulations are revoked—

(a) the Further Education Teachers’ Continuing Professional Development and Registration (England) Regulations 2007 ; and

(b) regulation 3 of the Further Education Teachers’ Qualifications, Continuing Professional Development and Registration (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 .
