Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Childcare (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 21st September 2012.

Section 2Amendment to the Childcare (Fees) Regulations 2008

In regulation 10(7) of the Childcare (Fees) Regulations 2008 for “2012” substitute “2015”.
