Section 2Provisions coming into force on 1st September 2012
The following provisions of the Equality Act 2010 come into force on 1st September 2012—
(a) section 31(9) and Schedule 2 in so far as they are not already in force; and
(b) section 98 and Schedule 13 in so far as they are not already in force.
