Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Education and Skills Act 2008 (Commencement No.8) Order 2012.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 3rd September 2012

The following provisions of the Education and Skills Act 2008 come into force on 1st September 2012—

(a) section 155 (application of s. 444 of the Education Act 1996 to alternative provision);

(b) paragraph 43 of Schedule 1;

(c) paragraphs 50, 51, 52 and so far as relating to those paragraphs, paragraph 48 of Schedule 1; and

(d) paragraph 80 of Schedule 1.
