Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Iron and Steel Employees Re-adaptation Benefits Scheme) (No. 2) (Revocation) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 1st October 2012.

Section 2Revocation
The following Regulations are revoked—
(a) the European Communities (Iron and Steel Employees Re-adaptation Benefits Scheme) (No. 2) Regulations 1988 ;
(b) the European Communities (Iron and Steel Employees Re-adaptation Benefits Scheme) (No. 2) (Scheme Termination) Regulations 1994 ;
(c) the European Communities (Iron and Steel Employees Re-adaptation Benefits Scheme) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 .
