Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 1st October 2012.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.

Section 2Amendment

(1) The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 3(1A), in paragraph (b) (applications for listed building consent or for conservation area consent) for “1st October 2009” substitute “1st October 2010”.
