Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the European Economic Interest Grouping and European Public Limited-Liability Company (Fees) Revocation Regulations 2012 and come into force on 1st October 2012.

Section 2Revocation

The European Economic Interest Grouping and European Public Limited-Liability Company (Fees) Revocation Regulations 2009 are revoked.
