Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Greater London Authority (Limitation of Salaries) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into force on 3rd May 2012.

Section 2Amendment to the Greater London Authority (Limitation of Salaries) Order 2000
(1) Article 2 of the Greater London Authority (Limitation of Salaries) Order 2000 is amended as follows.
(2) Omit the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a).
(3) Insert “; or” at the end of paragraph (b).
(4) After paragraph (b) insert—
(c) under Article 9 of the Statute for Members of the European Parliament (European Parliament Decision 2005/684/ EC , Euratom ) (entitlement to salary for MEPs ).
