Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Oxfordshire Learning Disability National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2012 and comes into force on 1st November 2012.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

(1) The Oxfordshire Learning Disability National Health Service Trust is dissolved.

(2) The Oxfordshire Learning Disability National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is revoked.
