The Health Act 2009 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2012
Section 2Appointed day
31st October 2012 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Health Act 2009—
(a) section 38 (repeals and revocations), in so far as it relates to the repeals mentioned in paragraph (b); and
(b) the entries in Schedule 6 (repeals and revocations) that relate to the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 2002 , in so far as not already in force.
