Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Bodies (Summarised Accounts) Order 2012 and comes into force on 29th November 2012.

(2) This Order only applies to NHS bodies within the meaning of paragraph 1 of Schedule 15 to the National Health Service Act 2006 which are not Special Health Authorities .

Section 2 Summarised accounts of NHS bodies other than Special Health Authorities

Paragraph 7 (requirement to prepare summarised accounts) of Schedule 15 to the National Health Service Act 2006 does not apply to the NHS bodies listed in the Schedule for the financial year ending on 31st March 2012.
