Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) (Amendment) Order 2012 and comes into force on 22nd November 2012.

Section 2Amendment to the Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) Order 1990

(1) The Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) Order 1990 is amended as follows.

(2) At the end of Schedule 2 insert—
