Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 1st January 2013.

(3) Regulation 3(3) comes into force on 29th September 2013.

(1) The Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 are amended as follows.
