Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Green Deal Framework (Disclosure, Acknowledgment, Redress etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

Section 2 Amendments to the Green Deal Framework (Disclosure, Acknowledgment, Redress etc.) Regulations 2012

(1) The Green Deal Framework (Disclosure, Acknowledgment, Redress etc.) Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 1(3), after “26 and”, insert “, other than regulation 42,”.

(3) In regulation 1, after paragraph (3), insert—

(3A) Regulation 42 comes into force—

(a) so far as is necessary for the purpose of enabling the Secretary of State to make provision under section 9 and the Scottish Ministers to make provision under section 10, on the relevant date;

(b) for all remaining purposes, on 28th January 2013.

(6) In this regulation, “relevant date” means the date on which the Green Deal Framework (Disclosure, Acknowledgment, Redress etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 come into force.
