Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited at the Value Added Tax (Small Non-Commercial Consignments) Relief (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into force on 1st January 2013.

Section 2Amendment of the Value Added Tax (Small Non-Commercial Consignments) Relief Order 1986

In Article 3(2) of the Value Added Tax (Small Non-Commercial Consignments) Relief Order 1986 , for “£40” substitute “£36”.
