This Order may be cited as the Health Service Commissioner for England (Special Health Authorities) Order 2012 and comes into force on 17th January 2013.

Section 2Designation as bodies subject to investigation
The Special Health Authorities listed in the Schedule are designated as Special Health Authorities to which section 2(1) of the Health Service Commissioners Act 1993 (bodies subject to investigation by the Health Service Commissioner for England) applies.
