Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) (England, Wales and Scotland) (Revocation) Regulations 2012 and shall come into force on 12th March 2012.

(2) These Regulations extend to England, Wales and Scotland.

Section 2Revocation of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) (England, Wales and Scotland) Regulations 2012

The Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) (England, Wales and Scotland) Regulations 2012 are revoked.
