The Traffic Management (St Helens Borough Council) Permit Scheme Order 2012
In this Order—
“the St Helens Borough Council Permit Scheme ” means the permit scheme set out in the Schedule to this Order in terms commonly known as the “Merseyside Authorities Permit Scheme” which was prepared and submitted to the Secretary of State by St Helens Borough Council and has been approved by the Secretary of State; and
“specified streets” has the meaning given by regulation 8 of the Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007 .
The St Helens Borough Council Permit Scheme comes into effect on 10th April 2012.
Part 8 of the Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007 shall apply to the specified streets within the St Helens Borough Council Permit Scheme.
