Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Trafford Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2012 and comes into force on 1st April 2012.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

(1) The Trafford Healthcare National Health Service Trust is dissolved.

(2) The Trafford Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 is revoked.
