Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Qualifications for Appointment of Members to the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Amendment) Order 2012 and comes into force on 16th April 2012.

Section 3Amendment of the Qualifications for Appointment of Members to the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal Order 2008
In article 2(4), after sub-paragraph (m), insert—
(n) in environmental matters.
