Section 2Citation and commencement
The day specified for the provisions listed in article 3 to come into force is 1st April 2012.
Section 3Citation and commencement
The provisions are—
(a) articles 2 to 12 of the Postal Services Act 2011 (Transfer of Accrued Pension Rights) Order 2012 ; and
(b) articles 1(3) and 2 to 9 of the Postal Services Act 2011 (Transfer of Assets) Order 2012 .
