Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the General Osteopathic Council (Application for Registration and Fees) (Amendment) Rules Order of Council 2013 and shall come into force on 1st May 2013.

Section 2 Privy Council Approval

Their Lordships, having taken these Rules into consideration, are pleased to and do approve them.

Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Rules may be cited as the General Osteopathic Council (Application for Registration and Fees) (Amendment) Rules Order of Council 2013 and shall come into force on 1st May 2013.

(2) In these Rules “the Principal Rules” means the General Osteopathic Council (Application for Registration and Fees) Rules 2000 .

Section 2 Amendments to the Principal Rules

In Part III of the Schedule to the Principal Rules—

(a) in rule 6(2) for—

(i) £375 substitute £340, and

(ii) £385 substitute £350 ;

(b) in rule 8(1) for—

(i) £675 substitute £610, and

(ii) £695 substitute £630;

(c) in rule 8(2) for—

(i) £375 substitute £340, and

(ii) £385 substitute £350;

(d) in rule 8(3) for—

(i) £500 substitute £455, and

(ii) £515 substitute £470;

(e) in rule 8(4) for—

(i) £250 substitute £230, and

(ii) £260 substitute £240;

(f) in rule 10(1), for £675 substitute £610;

(g) in rule 10(2), for £375 substitute £340;

(h) in rule 10(3), for £500 substitute £455.
