Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Burma/Myanmar (Financial Restrictions) (Revocation) Regulations 2013 and come into force at 3.00 p.m. on 8th May 2013.

Section 2Revocation

The following instruments are revoked—
(a) the Burma/Myanmar (Financial Restrictions) Regulations 2009 , and
(b) the Burma/Myanmar (Financial Restrictions) (Suspension) Regulations 2012 .
