Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Categorisation of Registries of Relevant British Possessions) (Amendment) Order 2013 and comes into force on 12th June 2013.

Section 2Amendment of 2003 Order

(1) The Merchant Shipping (Categorisation of Registries of Relevant British Possessions) Order 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph (2)(a)(ii) of article 6, substitute—
(ii) a ship of no more than 400 tons, or
