Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Chemical Weapons (Licence Appeal Provisions) (Revocation) (No. 2) Order 2013 and comes into force on 12th June 2013.

Section 2 Revocation

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Chemical Weapons (Licence Appeal Provisions) Order 1996 is revoked.

(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to a decision of the Secretary of State made before the coming into force of this Order—

(a) to refuse to grant, renew or vary a licence; or

(b) to vary or revoke a licence.

Section 3 Revocation

The Chemical Weapons (Licence Appeal Provisions) (Revocation) Order 2013 is revoked.
