Section 1Citation and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform Act 2012 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2013.
(2) In this Order, “the 2012 Act ” means the Welfare Reform Act 2012.

Section 2Appointed day for personal independence payment
The day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the 2012 Act listed in article 7(2) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012 (Commencement No. 8 and Savings and Transitional Provisions) Order 2013 in relation to a person other than a person referred to in paragraph (1) of that article is 10th June 2013.
Section 3Appointed days for powers to require information relating to investigations
The days appointed for the coming into force of section 110 of the 2012 Act (powers to require information relating to investigations) are—
(a) 17th June 2013 for the purpose of making regulations; and
(b) 1st October 2013 for all other purposes.
