Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Gas and Electricity (Registers) (Revocation) Order 2013 and comes into force on 12th July 2013.

Section 2Revocation of the Gas (Register) Order 1988

The Gas (Register) Order 1988 is revoked.

Section 3Revocation of the Electricity (Register) Order 1990

The Electricity (Register) Order 1990 is revoked.
