Section 2Appointed day for the coming into force of certain provisions of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013
25th June 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of—
(a) section 10 (pension age) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013, for the purposes of the report under section 36 (Defence Fire and Rescue Service and Ministry of Defence Police: review); and
(b) section 36 of that Act, for all purposes.
